"The Lord of the Rings," based on Tolkien's novel is a film done on a grand scale. The trilogy was not so popular with readers, because it is not easy reading. Much easier and more delightful was the Hobbit, which preceded the great work (of course, do not forget about The Silmarillion). Obraz bitwy muzycznie pokazany, niestety mnie nie satysfakcjonuje, myślę, że każdy kto przeczytał książkę, wizje ma również zdecydowanie inne - nie widzę tu tego Tolkienowskiego rozmachu, jego daru przekonywania, również brak tej iskry niesamowitości, a przecież ta książka aż się prosi aby Par Lindh i jego kolega zobrazowali nam tu coś magicznego, charakteryzującego tą piękną opowieść fantasy, no cóż, każdy inaczej to interpretuje.
But I definitely say that after hearing the music, book of JRR Tolkien's "Hobbit" begs for re-appointment.
