Sunday All Over The World - Kneeling At The Shrine

So much to write about the new CD re-editions of King Crimson and a host of projects in which the height of his crimson Robert Fripp was the founder and inspiration throughout his instrumentalists and the concomitant pretty not long ago quite accidentally, though as my radio mentor says Peter Kaczkowski "no case" - I came across a pretty interesting project from the beginning of the decade Fripp 90 - those - it's Sunday All Over The World.

Sunday all over the world - Kneeling at the shrine

addition to his wife Toyah Willcox music that is composed of a music project included: Trey Gunn, P . Reavis. Robert Fripp, a legend of the British avant-garde rock scene on its release back to the aesthetics of the new wave (80 years - those), then use the complex rhythm structures and spread to many plans, sophisticated melodic ornamentation and at the same time, these cuts correspond well with the atmosphere cool and rainy autumn evening. This is not music, that we can walk on the beach luminous but I think it is worth waiting for the long autumn evenings. Unlike the rest of the weird and yet fascinating projects virtuoso, this board does not require a relentless focus on the listener. As usual, accompanied by guitarist competent musicians, no nonsense performances here, so frequent in the younger generation of musicians. King Crimson does not try to cheap virtuosity, and all means of expression are subordinated to build the mood, the deep background, poignant, yet full of warmth and wisdom of a woman's voice, a grown woman.
Toyah's voice and expressive performance is a great culmination of interesting material, "Kneeling at the shrine." Maybe too much associate it with the achievements of Kate Bush, but I think it is rather a compliment than a complaint, moreover, each in its own way of taking this ringing, I answered yes, not otherwise. This is not a musical masterpiece, but it's worth the time to enter this strange and little-understood world of progressive twists.
